Excellent and very proactive agent Andrew Chau when I rented a westmead property. Always responded to requests with a problem solving attitude, and making it easy for me to pick up or drop keys or even getting the end of lease clean done. Top notch!
We have been tenants of Realty Professional for over 15 years so we have had a lot of experience working with Andrew, Jean and Vicki over the years. I think having someone who can balance the interest of all parties is a tricky job to manage but Andrew has done it well.
