I had a very disappointing experience with this agency. I was contacted by a property manager, Jean, who congratulated me on being a successful applicant and advised that the owner had selected my application. During the call, I was asked to confirm whether off-street parking would be an issue and if the proposed move-in date was suitable. I confirmed both would be fine, but asked for a few hours that evening to double-check the parking situation before giving final confirmation.
