Awful experience. Extremely unprofessional throughout our entire process. Had myself and husband do her job and delayed our closing multiple times. If you want an awful experience this is the place for you.
I cannot share enough about how poor an experience we had dealing with Best Rate title, Cindy in particular. If you want a company that makes you do all the work yourself and makes you feel like you are a problem to “tolerate”, then Best Rate is for you. They should retire and get out of this business that they clearly have no patience for anymore. They have not grown with the times.

Awful experience.. throughout the sale of my house, a transfer of solar panels needed to be conducted. Cindy was given authorization to speak to the solar company on our behalf. Not only did she not succeed in any attempt, she had myself, my wife and realtor handle everything wasting countless hours and days on the phone with them going back and fourth.
