If I was able to give 0 stars, I would have. I was working on a refinance and a purchase all at once. David Akiba called me and was very arrogant and unfriendly, advising that he would need to take out as much money as possible on my current home, to put down on my new purchase. He said that who ever worked on my file before, did everything backwards, and now he needed to save the day and fix everything.
