Met whom I assume was Mike at Costco. Booked an appointment and no call no show. Kinda of a shame, but I will take my business elsewhere.
Pictures speak for them selves, floors were scratched, my center island and main corner kitchen Piece had to be cut twice do to not being cut properly the first time. This caused the entire process to be dragged even longer than what was planned. The guys told me they were all finished and tried to have me sighn paper work saying the job was done and I still had over a half inch of space showing underneath my counter top , with shims hanging out of the side. And I told them I was not going to sign anything until it was fixed... read more
The level of craftsmanship by Best Quality was amazing. They have done every countertop in our home. The kitchen is awesome. The finishing of the stone and the installation of the waterfall edge can’t be beat. The attention to detail was top notch. The entire team was extremely professional. Highly recommend this company for your next project. Installers did a great job!
