Rushed through viewing the car whilst overlooked by salesman.Short test drive around trading estate roads. Part exchanged my old car.After the sale I was rushed to remove my personal contents from my car assisted by two people and the salesman urgently making me hurry up. Never buy a car from these!! I have never in my life ever had so many problems with a car . As soon as I brought the car it had issues I called them then they state I’ll give you rac cover. Then tell me to wait for month for the rac cover while the car just got worse. Told me to go to the garage they use Whitney garage which I drove all the way to and they still didn’t contact me so obviously waiting for the warranty to run out. Great customer service. Didn’t know what I wanted to buy but they helped me through the whole process. Now got a fantastic car!
awful dealer, supposed to do a vehicle check but sold me a car with a rotten subframe. obvious checks were not done, other issues but the said they dont care!! avoid like the plague. i bought this because i trusted that the rac name would mean something, but the opposite turns out to be true. also very rude when spoken to, ignore multiple calls and emails. honestly, walk away. also, they are NOT part of the RAC network, the website is a lie!!
