Sketchy is a word that comes to mind. The guy with "Ted" on his shirt was personable, to bad he was not the take charge guy. The other guy was an accident waiting to happen. If there is absolutely no other place to go.....a definite possible maybe. Go for the other options. It is sad to have to leave such a bad review.
