Had a great experience using Best Price Rain Chains I've ordered from them multiple times and each time I've had nothing but great customer service and fast response times as well as great prices will definitely recommend!
I ordered rain chains from them in June of 2021. They still have not arrived. I contacted them in August for an update - I have left repeated messages and emails. The have not replied or refunded my money. Very poor customer service.
