Very disappointed — poor communication and total waste of time!! I contacted this company on Tuesday about getting two new gates installed. Spoke with the owner who said he'd get back to me, but I didn’t hear anything. I followed up again on Friday afternoon, and he didn’t even remember speaking with me—despite our previous conversation and text messages. Had been mucked around by several fencing contractors, contacted Sam he was there within a few hours as he was in the area ,very knowledgeable came and measured up the gates and fence and offered many suggestions, organised the team they were there with in 2 weeks ,turned up on time and very courteous,and did and amazing job,very happy customer here and believe me I'm not easy to please with the standard of tradies these days but these guys were top shelf once again thanks for a great job.👍
