I have used this company for almost 15 years to book every cruise I have ever taken. Now, they have decided that they do not want to take care of their customers anymore and have become rude and dismissive when asked simple questions about refunds. It is amazing how fast they move when booking and paying for over 10 different cruises with them. Then, one cancellation, that was out of my control, and all of a sudden I am being ignored, dismissed and treated poorly. I will never use this travel agency again. There are too many... read more
