It was a simple fix plug and unplug the washer and reset the brain. He could’ve taken advantage of me and said it needed repair. I appreciated his honesty.

All the glowing reviews on here just look suspect to me. Greater 50 good reviews for a business around for less than 3 years ... I hired this company, and maybe it was only the tech person they sent out, but received terrible service. Didn't intro himself, didn't seem interested. Tried to explain the issue, didn't seem interested. Seemed like he just wanted to collect his $89 diagnostic and split. Also, not sure I understood his diagnosis.
