They did not return my call
The service man came and pulled out the manually instead of doing a diagnostic he was reading the instructions. He changed the rotating value and it still did not work. Needless to say after almost 4hours that he was here he wasn't able to fix my washing machine. Waste of time and money because I still had to pay for him to come and not even figure out what was wrong with it.
