Came in to get my daughter checked out for a sinus infection. Upon entering, the young ladies at the front desk were preoccupied on their personal cell phones and I had to address them first to get checked in. After checking us in, they hopped right back on their phones. I noticed there were patient files open near them, and as a healthcare professional myself, that's a red flag to me as it violates HIPAA. A great place to be seen even with non-urgent issues that your pcp can’t have you seen in a timely matter.
I have actually reviewed before, as regular patient; not a great experience in most ways. Now, I have to say something about UC. After being under dosed/ misdiagnosed many times resulting in more doctor's visits, they always bug the crap out of you to pay your bill yet this is no easy task, and they never answer their phone or call you back (see review on the same thing years ago). I’m going to give a 2 star. Normally I give 5. I love Jody Gray and have always gotten good care. She’s easy to talk to and takes her time. I will give a 1 star to her assistant and whoever does the referrals there. 2 weeks has become the norm. They are really busy apparently with referrals. 2 weeks! Twice now. And that’s after my having to call. I really don’t think it takes that long.
