This practice has gone downhill. My husband had ultrasound on a lump in his chest and we never got a call with his results. We plugged what was on mychart into ChatGPT because that’s more reliable than waiting for Dr Shipley and her staff to return a call, which never seems to happen. My daughter takes adhd meds. My husband called three different times asking that they fax her permission form to the school. It’s been a month and this still hasn’t been done properly. It’s one issue after another. Time to find a new provider.

I'm sitting here in their parking lot at 7:14am. I have a 7:30am appointment was told to be here 15 mins early and they don't open till 7:30. I left work to get here when they asked but they aren't open. NOT HAPPY!!!
Been calling and emailing on the portal for a week now trying to get an appt. And no call back or email!
I called to make an appoint don’t receive one back. So I decided to drive there. There was absolutely no one there and never got a call back. The receptionist was very snotty and not friendly at all. I’d rather make the drive to Yakima next time.
