I have no knowledge of the quality of the ophthalmologist care at this practice but the organisational skills leave a lot to be desired. I had my first appointment, was emailed a quote - I responded by fax. I waited about 6 weeks and went into the clinic when I had not heard anything. The receptionist managed to find that as I had used a Fax to respond it had been misfiled and they would sort it out. After about another 6 weeks I received a phone call from the clinic that I was expecting a call but no idea what it was about.... read more
They suck. I paid them $500. They sent a referral to the hospital. Somebody cancelled it and they won’t rebook it for me. They said our hands are clean. We’ve sent the referral. It’s still valid. We’re not doing anything more.
Dr Michael Karpa is the best Opthmologist I have seen with regard to helping me manage my complex eye problems. He has a fantastic team working with him. Together, they work with cutting edge equipment to give you the most optimum results. His practice is extremely popular!
Came in here with an eye injury and as a traveler, they took care of me and helped me heal my eye in under a week. Can’t thank these guys enough
