I saw another review that seemed to have the same experience we have had. Bottom line is Arlene is amazing, shes very caring and great at what she does. Would have loved to continue working with her (she is the reasoning for giving stars). However I was told that visits would be covered by insurance, this is why we were so eager to sign up. I understand that it is not BPC's fault that I have a high deductible plan however the lack of communication from the billing department and just racking up $500 in out of pocket charges ... read more
I quite enjoyed my sessions with Arlene and felt like I made a lot of progress. Unfortunately, my insurance changed and stopped covering Telehealth visits and while I recognize that I am responsible for my insurance, BPC failed to let me know that I was now being charged and racked up a $700 charge. The worst part was when I tried to resolve the issue. Lots of unanswered phone calls, lack of responding to voicemails, and then when I frequently told them information on how to resolve the issue they either wouldn’t act on it o... read more

I had an appointment but was refused service because I didn't sign their arbitration agreement. Signing such agreements is not legally required.
