I quite enjoyed my sessions with Arlene and felt like I made a lot of progress. Unfortunately, my insurance changed and stopped covering Telehealth visits and while I recognize that I am responsible for my insurance, BPC failed to let me know that I was now being charged and racked up a $700 charge. The worst part was when I tried to resolve the issue. I had an appointment but was refused service because I didn't sign their arbitration agreement. Signing such agreements is not legally required.
