Used several times for central air repair. Each time, experience got worse and will never use again. Was told we would be priority for a new AC install this summer due to having a newborn - took over a month and having to call several times to get an update with a different story each time. Also have had the technician show up and not have the proper equipment to do the job so had to reschedule. Hard to get a true response from them. Save yourself time and a headache and use a different company.
