We originally contracted ACE Asphalt to tear up and install new asphalt in a large, damaged section of our parking lot. While the removal process went well, the new asphalt ACE installed did not stay compacted and small chips started coming up in the days that immediately followed. Vehicles that turned on this patch of asphalt also created gouges suggesting that there was not sufficient surface integrity.
