The staff is so sweet, kind, and understanding. Giselle was always very mindful about my schedule regarding school and work, and always called me when there were cancellations and helped work around my schedule. Michelle is so sweet and helpful throughout my therapy sessions she'd always be there to help with stretches and anything needed. We came here after my daughter sustained a radial fracture, and I can’t recommend Dr. Jess and her practice enough. From the very first visit, everyone was so kind, professional, and easy to communicate with. They were always available, flexible with scheduling, and made sure we could get the appointments we needed without any stress. BEST Physical Therapy is a very professional and caring facility with top physical therapists delivering excellent care! Laurie Juarez is an excellent and caring physical therapist that has helped me tremendously and I can not thank her enough for her help! The staff is always professional and caring as well!
This is my second round of needing pt and I chose BEST for the second time(first time was for neck, this second time is for rotator cuff surgery)! Laurie, Keith and their staff are truly the best. Caring, friendly and professional.
