After our longtime carpet cleaner retired, we spent quite a while trying different carpet cleaning services and never felt fully happy with the results. Then we found Best Phoenix Carpet Cleaning, and the difference was clear right away. Robert handled the residential carpet cleaning with real care and attention to detail. He carefully inspected the carpet fibers, treated the heavy traffic areas, and used a thorough multi step deep cleaning process that made a huge improvement. He was professional, friendly, and clearly took... read more

Absolutely amazing carpet cleaning service. Wyatt and Robert cleaned our carpets during the Phoenix heat, and they did a superb job. We had used more traditional carpet cleaning methods before, but this service got out stains we honestly thought were permanent. The carpets came out clean, fresh, and looked better than we expected. I also really like that the carpet was not left overly wet like with some older cleaning methods. We were very impressed with the two technicians who came to our home. Calvin and Robert did an excellent carpet cleaning job, and they were some of the most polite and professional people we have worked with in a long time. I did not realize how much our carpet needed a deep cleaning until they finished. What a huge difference in the look and feel of the carpet. They arrived on time or even early each time we scheduled service, and they worked carefully and efficiently. Our carpet looked brighter, felt fresher, and the whole... read more

Wonderful, easy carpet cleaning experience. They got back to me right away, scheduled the service at the exact time that worked for us, and provided an estimate before the visit. On the day of service, calvin was very polite and professional. He confirmed the exact cost based on our square footage and the treatment needed, and i agreed to it before the cleaning started. I really appreciated that because there were no surprises. Even though it was a small carpet cleaning job, it was handled like it truly mattered. The technic... read more

Integrity and the right equipment. Skip the other carpet cleaning pros, this is the real deal. Robert removed candle wax and gum first, then pulled out a huge amount of dust and soil from the carpet before starting the steam cleaning. The carpets looked refreshed like new when the job was finished, felt soft, and were almost dry right away, which is a big help in Phoenix. He came out the very next day after my call, worked efficiently, and clearly knows carpet care, deep cleaning, and stain removal. I have handled many renta... read more
