Avoid. This business is dodgy. None of the reviews before mine are anything like my experience. It's scammy and I'm embarrassed that I got suckered. None of these wonderful professionals named Wyatt or Calvin or Robert existed in the world that I entered when I called the phone number of this company. We have new stains on our carpet and no one will call us back. Now we have dark lines from dirty wheels and dirty dripping water, and they also left it sopping wet. Pretty sure the pad is going to mildew.
