technician was polite, thorough.
I scheduled to have the inspection at 1pm, and the guy called me at12:50 to let me know he was in Laramie, and would be late. I appreciate the notice, but it should have been on his schedule for two days. On the up side, he told me I don’t have Bed Bugs, more likely fleas, which are easier to treat. Unfortunately I still haven’t received the email with the report, and it’s been 6 hours. Still, he did his job, and he dis it quickly.
