While we didn’t actually use best paw forward, I wanted to review 5 stars due to their customer service! Michael was very attentive on my phone discussion, and went above and beyond to listen to me explain my puppy. Their program sounds incredible and the only reason we didn’t choose them is my own proximity to the training site. I wish I lived closer because I really wanted to work with them!
The patience, knowledge and personalized attention Best Paw Forward applied to Chester's training was above and beyond what we expected. This isn't just training to alleviate the "symptoms" but to understand the root cause of certain behaviors to overcome them fully. As a 2-year-old mixed breed rescue dog, Chester had some unique training needs.
