Never use this guys, I had to write 11 emails to get and answer: "we can't transport because of the size and weight" I provided this information from the start and they were not able to respond this from the start? No, instead they ask me how was this item was going to be wrapped. If it was going to be on a pallet and after a week and a half they finally came to the conclusion that they couldn't transport my 6 feet long by 3 feet tall 3 feet wide machine. 560 pounds.
