I had bad luck at a previous transmission shop. My car was there for 2 months. I called Mark here at Best Option, he gave me a great deal on a full rebuild on my transmission, and took it in the same day. My car drives flawlessly. Thank you again Mark.
Needed my transmission torque converter replaced. Had the best price out of 6 places I got quoted for, very communicative and quickly done for being one man shop. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

I was told by another company that I needed to replace my torque converter and transmission due to the torque converter causing internal damage to my transmission. I left and took it to Best Option Transmission and after diagnosing it and having it on a lift he called me and said I have good news. Your transmission and torque converter are fine. Your transmission mount is what was bad. I had him fix the mount and had him change the fluid and filter and paid over 15 times less than what the other company wanted. Very Honest a... read more
