During mitigation of our basement, BOR overcharged us and charged us for work not done. BOR charged us for drywall, carpet, and carpet padding removal in our unfinished utility room. BOR overcharged us by categorizing all the carpet removal as a category 3 when the majority was category 1. Adam, the supervisor on our project, never discussed the invoice with us before charging our credit card at the end of mitigation. Best Option has been amazing from start to finish. Adam & Ryan were so professional & knowledgeable. My son's new place had a water leak and they came out so fast and took care of all the problems. From drying out the place to mold cleanup and they were even able to do new insulation in the crawl space. I would definitely recommend them!!
Our experience with Best Option Restoration of Parker was horrible and is still ongoing. We unfortunately had a sewer backup on Christmas Eve and trusted Adam and his team to have our best interest in mind during mitigation. The person who wrote up our estimate was never in our basement, and needless to say charged us for work that was never completed and overcharged (18-72%) on items that were.
