We had a water damage issue in the basement and used Best Option for the remediation and the subsequent remodel of the whole basement, including a powder room and bar area. It was not a project we had on our radar so we had done no previous planning. Best Option was great to work with. Very friendly, patient and professional. Thank you, Joe, for providing such a fantastic team of guys that cleaned and cleared all mold in our basement. Pontrael put our minds at ease promising that his guys were the best. And, boy was he right. The team led by Kelvin and Aaron were meticulous cleaning every inch of the space, caring for the contents as if we were family. They were wonderful. It was an emergency situation at night. I was beside my self, but Aaron was very under standing, kind and considerate. Always cleaned up after each visit if it required to do so. Explained everything in an easy way to understand and answered any questions I had with patience and kindness. I would recommend this extraction team in a heart beat. I just hope restoration team is kind, courteous and diligent about their work as Aaron and his team were.

In 2025 a tornado passed through St. Louis, MO. We suffered hail damage to the roof and the roof was replaced. One large room in our home has a high ceiling with the exposed surface composed of a compressed wood product. The hammering of the roofers caused dust and wood product to rain down on the entire room. I contacted Joe Fincher, the owner of Best Option Restoration, and his crew cleaned up the mess in about 5 hours with an excellent result.
