Joe, Trent, and their entire team have done an excellent job rebuilding our home. We had water damage in our kitchen from a dishwasher install leak. It was fairly extensive damage. They quickly assessed the situation and then went through the process of rebuilding our home. Communication was good and the finished product is even better. We love it. So happy to be home. Major interior flooding with unique circumstances. The water/black mold team Erin and JoJo showed up, did their thing tearing out the soaked stuff. Took four days to dry out. Came back Tuesday morning, promptly picked up the entire mess and left us much happier than we were before they helped us.Good guys as is everyone we dealt with.
The Best Option Restoration team really was "The Best Option ". They were punctual and professional. In the middle of all the STL catastrophes, they moved heaven to fit me into an impossible schedule. I greatly appreciate their work and will use them in the future if ever needed again
