Watershed Advocates (BOR) provided the most professional and comprehensive service for our mold mitigation project. Mold was discovered during our home sale inspection (not fun). I hired Best Option Restoration of Lakewood for a project in my office where a contractor made some big mistakes. Paul, the owner, is very polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. The two gentlemen who did the work in my office, Carlos and Kyle, were both very friendly, and were very thorough with their work.

Paul and his team did a phenomenal job. I had water in my crawl space unexpectedly, and the team did an amazing job explaining what was wrong, the extent of the work needed, and making sure that everything was taken care of (even when the drying process took longer than expected). I would recommend them to anyone needing remediation work done!
