Jose, German and the rest of the crew were efficient and friendly. They completed my mold remediation a day early and cleaned up everything before they left my home. Their woodworking skills are exact and accurate. I couldn’t say enough about their professionalism and work skills. Very happy with the work they completed.
This company is absolutely fantastic. My wife and I had some major concerns about possible mold in our home. The owner (Jose) and his team could have easily played into our fear and charged us a lot of money for no reason. Can’t say enough good things about Best Option. Jose answered the phone every single time I called and patiently answered my questions. The remodeling crew was on time, clean cut and hardworking. German always communicated what he was doing so we knew what to expect. Thankful to get our home back! I’ve attached before and after pics.
I found Jose after we’d had a bad experience with another company who didn’t do what they said. There was still active mold and Jose was able to respond quickly and get the job done. He is very professional and thorough. Very thankful for his knowledge. Highly recommend!
Best Option Restoration is the whole package. From beginning to end they keep me informed of the whole process and prices. Richard handled all the mold issues & is very knowledgeable. German handled all the reconstruction and graciously added some updates for me. Jose is the sweetest to work with. I couldn’t recommend anyone else!! They are the best!
