Brad Etherton and Refuge Restoration have worked at my house several times. Initially we had a mold issue in a closet. They are exceptional at making sure the issue is removed safely and your area is returned to exactly the way it looked before the problem. The latest problem was figuring out where water was coming from on the back of our house and leaking in the windows in the basement. They came within two hours on a Sunday night. They were very professional and friendly. The results were excellent.
We had a sump pump issue that caused significant water damage. Brad and Devon were fast and honest when it came to answers and solutions. During this restoration we took the opportunity to upgrade and remodel our basement a bit. Brad and Devon offered a number of ideas and designs. The work was done timely and our new basement is used more than it ever has.
