Does not pay their contractors when they say they will . They leave customers waiting and waiting to get completed . Poor communication and promises that are not met I would give this company a zero the owner is very unprofessional and can’t reach him when needed . I don’t see this company being around very long doing things the way they do . They need to hire real professionals or take classes .

Subcontracts out but doesn’t pay the people who actually does the work. I see we aren’t the only ones either from another review I’ve seen on here. The ones giving a five star must be family or employees cause I’ve only heard horrible things about how customers have been waiting over a year to get things fixed etc. Not a good thing not to pay the people that could make you more money but oh well guess they want legal trouble. Best advice find an actual professional that will get the job done

Horrible company lack of communication. Full of excuses won’t pay their contractors when they say they will . Not trustworthy at all and they promise homeowners things on jobs that they mess up or can’t finish. Best thing is to stay away this is a clown show operation . Hire a real contractor and save yourself the headache of using them ask your insurance for a local contractor to do the work. Unfortunately if they don’t pay today we will be filing a suit with our lawyer .

Been waiting over a week to be paid. They keep saying tomorrow, tomorrow... all the good reviews on here are from the actual employees not the customers.

This company does not care about their customers or the quality of their work at all-only about getting paid. We hired them to help us find a leak due to an elevated water bill. They could not locate the leak and recommended that we might have to replumb our entire warehouse or tear up the huge concrete slab. After hiring another plumber for a second opinion, that plumber discovered that we simply had a running toilet.
