Gerardo was AMAZING! He came in on Tuesday to give us an estimate installing AC in a part of our facility that doesn’t have it currently, and he stayed an extra 2 hours to give a second opinion on our unit in a different part of the facility. The original quote was a complete replacement that would have cost us $5-8K, but he was willing to come in the next day for 5 hours to fix a part without replacing the entire unit and saved us thousands of dollars.
