I don't know where Ken is- but my service was terrible when I called to ask about a previous quote they gave me before. I kept telling the guy that someone else gave me the quote and he wouldn't look up my history with them and recently he tried to charge me for fixing my tire - when my tires are under their warranty. I am sad to say I think this place is going downhill on quality of customer service- I will probably not return now.
Ruined my car. Then closed. Furious.
I had a tire break inside the sidewall due to my own carelessness; these guys didn't have my tire in stock, but it was there early next day, and they didn't try to sell me stuff I didn't need. They also reassured me that the damaged tire wasn't going to kill me on the way home, which was 60 miles away, by giving me a quick education on tire anatomy. These guys rock.
Ken and the team there are awesome. Nice to find honest, reliable, caring people for once! Great customer service! Take my clients cars there whenever I can.
