Not Sure I've had several oil changes done here with no problems and at a reasonable price, however, I also had some break work done and I don't care for the way it went. I took the vehicle in for an estimate and they told me only the front brakes needed replaced which I had them do. Two weeks later, more brake problems. I took it back and now the rear brakes needed replaced along with the rotors. It concerned me that they somehow missed this fact two weeks earlier when the initial estimate was done. Oil change nearly cost me an engine I took our 2008 Toyota Sienna to Best One on January 28, 2009. I was leaving for Florida the next day, very early. I barely made it to Florida. The car leaked oil the whole way, getting worse by the mile. On arrival I took it to a mechanic who determined the oil filter housing had been over torqued, deforming the O-ring which seals the filter housing to the oil pan.
