I'm going on two months trying to get over a $100 credit back on the credit car. We have made several calls to get our money back, and each call takes over 20 minutes, involving putting me on hold, verifying the account and bank account, and promising to refund. Yet, they still have our money and refuse to refund

I have been taken our vehicle's there the last few times. First my husbands 2008 Dodge ram. they wanted to charge him 1300.00 for brakes for front and back, Then I have to get a front end alignment. for the 2nd time. They first said it wouldn't cost anything . The first time I got it done. I had to buy a front tire which is on the front driver. Now after 3 mo. they say there is more wrong with it, and want to charge another 965.00. says it needs more parts cause they are loose. I don't think they do there job right. just so ... read more

Called for a rough estimate for changing brake pads. ($45) I thought that was a little strange because Walmart sells the pads for about $40. When I got there, they gave me their van to complete my errands. I asked about the labor charges for the brake pads for $45. She said it was not $45, it was about $485. I thought to myself, that's not happening! They were going to check out the brakes and let me know before they did anything. I was crossing my fingers that I didn't need brakes. I would like to complain about best one tire in ******* IN i took a tire there to get fixed and they took some nails out of the tire and partily cleaned the rim and put a new tube in and filled with liquid for weight. There was a new employee that worked on the tire. The tire cost me $340 to fix which was really high but i needed it so i paid it. I installed the tire and it was late so i went home.
