Bought 35 13.50 20 Nitto Ridge Grapplers for my wife's Ram 2500 tires look and ride great. Jake got the tires in at unbeatable price and stayed over an hour after closing to make sure the truck was done on a Friday! Jake and Best One in Henderson went out of there way and to me that seals business
Took my car to get an oil change before going on vacation in June in August my engine blew because of the lack of oil in the oil pan. Keep in mind I was not due back for an oil change again until September. There is no way that my oil burned up that quickly. Best One Tire didn't change my oil in June, it was $6000 for a new engine.
Last 5 times I've either purchased tires or service from them I've told them specific things not to do. They would do them any way and try to charge me for them. Would tell me they would contact me before things was done or when a problem would come and never would just get and charge me for it. Some staff act like my business and some other's doesn't matter. Will NEVER go back
Made appointment 4 days in advance. First to arrive on morning of appointment. Truck sat there all day and did not get serviced. Save your time and go anywhere else.
