We have used this service for many many years and spent several thousands of dollars there. We have also sent many others there. NEVER AGAIN. We took our new truck there for its first tire rotation. It’s a dually. They ruined the front wheels during the process. They said they didn’t cause the scratches and gouges that are now in the wheels. We were traveling and needed trailer tires, pulled in and left only 30 min later with 4 new tires. A+ service, employees super nice and helpful. 5 stars !!

My wife and I bought tires at their location in Jackson TN. There was supposed to be lifetime rotation. They are closing their automotive center and told me we would have to go to Brownsville TN. to get our tires rotated. We have bought tires from them for years and I have referred people to them. Not anymore! Definitely not the Best One!
