Made an appointment online like most people do, I was up in Pennsylvania driving to Texas, but never got an email. So when I called on Monday to see what time my appointment was the gentleman said that making an appointment online was “useless “ and now I’m told I don’t have an appointment!!! What the HELL good is making the appointment online if you don’t honor it????????!!!!!!!!
