I went up there because my valve stem was leaking air and wouldn’t hold air in the tire and I was freaking out. Lucky a kind man named Mike came out and fixed it for me in 5 minutes! He was super nice and helpful! So for that I recommend to talk to Mike when you go up there! He really treats you like family!
I have bought 3 sets off of them so far. Needed a set before this winter weather hit called them on a Thursday told em what I was looking for. And they got it in next day and had em installed just in time. Went off of what they recommended and went with it. Tires came in and was exactly what I wanted. Had not had to worry about if they got the wrong tire I was looking for. 3 for 3 and the easy financing options they have makes it a little easier. We are from Michigan and got a flat tire on our tow vehicle while vacationing in the area November 2025. Referred to this business by A-1 Auto Repair also in Crossville near the campground we were staying at. We were well taken care of by Wade England and were back on the road with a couple of new tires the very next day.
