They signed a contract to buy and strung us along for 5-6 week. After they couldn't find a buyer (I'm assuming, bc the inspection was good) they just sent an email saying they changed their minds. To top it off, come to find out, they never deposited their earnest mone. So now we are just out all that time and offers we turned down.
If I could I wouldn't leave 1 star these thieves are dirty we couldn't come to an agreement so they put a lien on my house! We signed a contract to purchase 30 days later no earnest money and three days past closing they wanted to renegotiate the contract for less! Run forest run they are scammers that should be put down! If you think I'm playing keep doing business with them! I filed my complaints with the BBB YESTERDAY!
