I found this enclosed trailer on Facebook and I was VERY reluctant. The reason is my local dealer North Augusta Custom trailers were a lot more expensive even considering the delivery from Fitzgerald Ga. The responses to any questions were met almost instantly even in the evenings. It was delivered quickly. Got here early and even backed it in behind my shed. Diana made the process extremely easy!!!! and after five days of back and forth with different a company. I found Best of Trailers and Diana was fast sending me info and specs. with everything i wanted. (may have gotten a little lucky) because it will be delivered in days, other places said weeks, 4-5 to build and deliver.
Great communication and timely responses. Even took the time to set up a deal with me on Sunday and I was able to get my trailer delivered by 3pm on Monday even though I was 6 hours away. I am extremely pleased with my trailer and the hassle free process. Great job!
Dayana answered my call after hours on a Saturday and helped me make custom choices and a deposit. The trailer was completed and delivered by Juan in less than a week... at a price lower than many used ones are being sold for. Very happy with my purchase!
