I got a haircut and beard trim on Friday, and unfortunately I was very disappointed with the service. My beard was cut very unevenly, and my mustache was noticeably uneven as well — one side was cut much lower than the other. A razor was used to line up my beard, and I ended up with multiple razor cuts/irritation all over my neck. While I did not get my hair done here I did have a polite encounter with Adrian, a worker who kindly let me use the washroom when I was in need. When the security guard refused to grant me access to the public bathroom upstairs, I was forced to search elsewhere. I am happy that Adrian was willing to let me in. I believe that more kindness like this, more decent people like Adrian need to be in our world. I would gladly come back for a trim :)

Jamieson delivered such a clean and thoughtful experience that it genuinely stood out. I came in for a sides and back cut along with a scalp hydration treatment, and she handled everything with a level of care that made the whole appointment feel elevated. I’m not the one to leave reviews but I feel like I have to. Recently had a cut there and honestly it felt like as if the barber was doing me a favour. It felt like as if I was getting a cut for free. Not at all kind, friendly and respectful customer service. I hope it improves. I really do.
