I absolutely love this salon!!! Lily is the sweetest person I know! She goes far and beyond to accommodate her customers. When booking appointments, she will let you know if there's a conflict via text or call and goes out way to come up with a date and time that fits your schedule/needs. She a gem and im a lifetime, happy customer!
The quality of nails is fantastic but she regularly reschedules your appointment. This has happened to me 4 times in 6 months where she will cancel or change time to something completely different without asking if new time is okay. I will be going elsewhere due to the unpredictability.
I have been going to Lilly for almost 4 years now, she amazing at what she does and she fast. Only by appt but she is well worth the wait you won't be disappointed :)
