Went there for a 2pm appointment. 1st told to come back at 3:30. Explained again that I had a 2pm . Someone else came out and looked up my reservation. Told me to pick out color. Sat for 15 minutes. Then she came and told me it would be another 15 minutes or so. Very unprofessional. I left.
Great atmosphere, they did our nails. They did my daughter's nails. We had such a fantastic time. Good conversation, a real class act of a nail salon.
Ooof. Had to ask several times just to get nail polish cleaned off my skin and for them to make sure the nail polish was completely off my nails before repainting. Already chipping and I got these done 2 days ago
I want to give no stars but it makes me. I’m not one to complain but this was the worst place ever. On vacation and decided to stop in to get my nails done. They looked like a child did them, nail polish everywhere. I asked for them to take the polish off. When they took the polish off they charged me 10 dollars to remove it even though their person messed up my nails.
Always love coming here to get my nails done.
