My adult daughter and I went to have both manis and pedis. We were rushed to make a decision as to the colors we wanted and pressured into getting the most expensive services. We were made to feel embarassed by the language barrier, also . The table where they do the fingernails was obviously not cleaned after the previous client had left, which grossed us out. Needless to say, neither one of us will go back even to have the gel polish removed. The prices are ridiculous.
Ive been going to best nails since 2019. I go regularly. As in, im home for a 1week a month and I always go get a pedicure. Before the new owners took over I got new nails about every 5weeks. Since the new owners took over I have been over charged every single time and my nails looked like trash the only time I got them done. Now I only get pedicures because of it. On to today. Went into the nail shop at 1:30pm and was told they were full. Nail shop had no one waiting. Besides shop closed at 6:00p.m. Poor customer service to the general public.
Worst nails ever ! Granddaughter wanted nails for prom, they were crooked and short. Looked really bad, had her in tears. Today went to Lakewood to have them removed and replaced.
Paid $30 for a gel polish. This was a disappointment. Horrible job.
