I go twice a month for my nails and once a month for my toes. They do a very good job and use quality products. I've never had a complaint in two years. The only time I've heard the owner get upset with a customer is when the costumer has been offensive and rude. I have seen them fix other customers problems without hesitation and without a charge. My gel nails are always fantastic.
Toenails were uneven, gel nails only stayed 2 days, was informed it would be corrected, however when I arrived they tried to charge me. Yelling, rude, stating they have plenty other customers and don't need my business. I took my son there for a positive experience. I seriously recommend you go to another salon. Quality and service is not a priority. I wasted 80.00, $40.00 each
