My daughter and i went here the last time we were in Maui and loved the women and service. They were kind, funny, and very good at designs. Because of our experience the last time we were here, we went a couple days ago when we returned to the island. The woman who did my pedicure cut back the toenail on my big toe so much it bled and left a chunk of skin missing. She then used acetone on the cut to clean up the polish. I have been going here since I first moved here in Maui last year! The staff are so sweet and pay attention to detail. I just love the atmosphere as it’s super clean :) you’ll have the best nails in Maui😊Mahalo xx

I love this set so much. They gave me such a good service. I was here on 6/13/2025 at 12:30. They did an amazing job and treated me so well. I can say I did move a little bit but that’s because I am an active person so I’m meant to be doing some activity’s. So I wanna apologize to the nail tech doing my nails because of my movement. But overall. This experience was a 10/10 and would come here again!

I went to Best Nail Spa Maui expecting professional service, but my experience was anything but that. I asked for a longer nail length, but the technician continued filing them shorter against my request. On top of that, the acrylic was applied so thickly that the nails look bulky and unnatural. I politely asked for a thinner finish and for one nail that was clearly crooked to be fixed — it was pointing in a completely different direction than the others — but she didn’t correct it.
