The nail tech was VERY sweet & attentive BUT, one of the worst pedicures I have gotten and it may be partially due to their policy. I paid $12 for calluses removal. I do not have severe calluses. Left with dry skin even on my toe! It barely looks like I git a fresh pedicure nor do my feet feel soft. Do NOT pay extra for callus removal here, it's just a basic metal file that should ge used for the basic $25 pedicure. The owners here are also not very warm.
They do a great job with their pedicures. You get a standard massage with every pedicure
The technician did a great job on my pedicure. However, when I added acrylic tips and requested white French tips with a floral design on my ring fingers, the experience went downhill. She was unable to execute the French tips properly—they came out lumpy and uneven. The almond shape also looked inconsistent and awkward on several nails. In the end, I had to settle for a solid color, which was not what I wanted at all. She was even unwilling to add the floral design to the ring fingers with the solid color. Horrible experience! The tech wouldn't listen and I had to repeatedly ask her to file my nails down. My nails didn't hold up for a week before I had to go and get my nails repaired. I just stopped in to get a fill-in. I won't go back.
Made an appointment for 3:00 pm with a specific nail technician. When I arrived they did not acknowledge my appointment and put me with whoever was available and ,then during my appointment , someone else came over. Two different techs and not who I booked with. Not a great experience. Will not return!
