I’ve had an amazing experience renting here! The rates are very affordable, and the management is incredibly responsive. Whenever something needs a repair, they get on it right away without any hassle. A huge shoutout to Leslie she does an awesome job and makes everything run so smoothly. Highly recommend
I used storage here and I do not recommend, they have rats inside units and people living in units on the property and sometimes when the gate opens a homeless guy on a bicycle will sneak in and do God knows what.. do not trust management! They literally told me they went inside my unit before my month was up, before I was finished moving. Now they keep trying to charge me every month even though I don't have a unit. Trash place! Not getting shit from me.
Leslie and her guys are willing to help when needed. She's readily available & I really am glad for the promotion I got - so much so that I got a second unit. Bravo to Best N Texas Self Storage!
