We’ve been clients of Best In Show through two of our dogs. We’ve never had a bad experience or inadequate grooming. They’ve always been very professional and have always treated our dogs with care. They always check with me on how I’d like the dog groomed and they’ve never disappointed. They’ve always been pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend this business.

Completely butchered my grandmother's Sheltie, and when asked about a refund just refused. The owner snapped and blew up on my grandmother and my 4 year old cousin. She admitted to doing it wrong, but refused to fix the problem. They also shaved my mother's German Shepard around the crotch and legs, making the fur mess up. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I have been going here for a year every 2 weeks for a nail trim or a full bath It was wonderful .But the last 2 times was a complete a very different experience ! I know my animal is a drama queen ,however I know the difference between that and pain and fear as I hear the owner and a very disorganized staff member tell her to stop as they continue to work .. the last time she was there it went to extreme!!
