Franks team were great and helped in anyway they could and nothing was too much for them and there was no messing around they got stuck in straight away would definitely recommend
I used this company last month to move my furniture. While they managed to transport my furniture without any damage, they unfortunately damaged the floor in the kitchen while lifting the fridge. What disappointed me the most was the lack of honesty and professionalism. The workers did not admit to the damage, and when I sent photos to Garry, he said he would speak to the team and get back to me. However, I never received any follow up or communication. Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience with this moving company. Communication throughout the process was poor, and we were initially charged an additional “heavy lifting fee” despite having clearly discussed our items beforehand and confirming that nothing met the criteria for this charge with the movers. It wasn’t until we questioned and clarified this fee with the owner that it was removed.
