Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience with this moving company. Communication throughout the process was poor, and we were initially charged an additional “heavy lifting fee” despite having clearly discussed our items beforehand and confirming that nothing met the criteria for this charge with the movers. Communication wasn’t great. They tried to over charge my partner and I, and were very rough with our furniture. Broke our bench seat, dented our fridge in multiple places, slight scratch on my washer and damaged my son’s change table. Was left very disheartened with the sevice provided. Also truck was very small so take into consideration travel costs as we needed to do 2 runs, adding 3 hours to our cost. We got best movers which should actually change their name to worst movers to move our large house of furniture, I have to say this is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. They scratched almost every piece of our Jarrah furniture, they came in a small milk truck to move a whole large house with only two guys to move it all as a way of maximising hours booked per job, this included large marble tables which were also scratched and gouged, because they were too heavy for only two people. These guys were solid professionals,friendly, fast but careful with customers property. Jojo was a nice guy to deal with. Excellent service and very satisfied. Highly recommended
