Stay away from this place! I bought a 2018 elantra for my daughter. 37 days later the engine's head gasket blows. The place offered no remedy. Said I should have bought the extended warranty, but the warranty doesn't cover engine failure. The owner wouldn't even give me his name. Cost to repair is over $10,000. This place is a scam. Bought a Ford Ecosport. Car was very clean and runs great. Staff were great. Very happy with purchase and will use them again for future vehicles.
I bought a car off them a couple months ago. 6 weeks after we bought it it broke down. Costed $1000 to replace the wastegate. Also, the winter tires they sold us for $500 are 10 years old, rims are rusted and the tread has 4mm left on it. Do not trust them to not rip you off. The service here is great! Sam took care of me not only when I bought my SUV from there, but also when I was having issues (he helped resolve), and helped me get winter tires. I would recomend anyone looking for a car check with Sam at Best Motors in Hamilton!
Visited Best motors while helping my daughter purchase a vehicle. Sam was friendly, knowledgeable and very easy to deal with. No pressure sales. She found one she liked and they made a good deal upfront. There were a few things that needed attention, such as wiper blades, crack in the windshield and few other things.
