Bought my 2011 bmw 328i from them a bit ago; car was in perfect condition and runs amazing to this day; car came mechanically perfect like brand new. I’m very satisfied with my experience considering the staff were extremely friendly and they had exceptional costumer service; I was greeted with a warm welcome and very informed staff. Purchased my car last year Oct 2024. Sam is very helpful and honest about everything, Until now, my Mazda is still working just fine and every time I'm having very minimal issues about it, Sam and his team are very helpful. Sold a car during the winter season only to realize that the airconditioning doesn't blow out cold air around the warmer season. They also recommended a warranty that doesn't cover airconditioning diagnosing costs. I did reach out to them in the earlier months (called Ali but was told to text details instead, then texted details but no reply, went in person to talk to the sales rep) but was told to refer back to my warranty.
