I purchased a 2013 Honda Civic here from Ali and l’m very happy with the vehicle and the customer service with them. They made sure all paperwork of the vehicle was done on time and ensured that it was properly serviced. Will for sure consider them again for any future purchases and recommend to anyone in the market for a vehicle.
Bought a 2015 cruze from them in October 2024 the first time I used the a.c didn't work so I went to them about it they just said oh well it's a good thing you bought the warranty and just walked away from me. I believe this is a place that sells bad cars mine was blue but went to buy insurance they said my car was black not blue. So now I'm at a loss to do what exactly???
Customer Experience: Best motors (mark specifically) gave great customer experience, will give them a 4/5. Answered all my questions quickly and was a seemless process of purchasing. They also cover safety and registration as well. No complaints for customer service. Product: The car I purchased from them just 5 weeks ago has been riddled with multiple issues, engine issues, timing chain issues and computer issues. I recently purchased a Toyota Corolla at Best Motors. They have plenty of inventory to select from between the $10,000-$15,000 range compared to other used car lots wanting a lot more. I'd recommend them to anyone on a budget.
