I have health insurance through BMI while living abroad. I have had almost no complaints with them. I have tried AXA and Cigna Global, both of which have awful hoops (2 year waiting period) to jump through before processing the claim. BMI had only 30 day waiting period and filing claims was so simple. I just had an almost $3000usd emergency hospital visit and it was processed after only one week and I was reimbursed via direct deposit about 48 hours after the claim was approved. Buenas tardes Estoy tratando de comunicarme urgentemente porque me hicieron dos cobros programados que se encontraban anulados, ya escribí al correo que indican, me crean un número de caso y no me responden, llamo al teléfono y me indican que al momento no pueden ayudarme. A quién puedo acudir? Aquí en Ecuador me indican que la póliza es de Miami y ni siquiera pueden visualizarla. Señores BMI qué hago para que anulen dos pagos de 1500 dólares que debitaron por error? Quedo pendiente de su respuesta
