I was really impressed by the carpet cleaning service I received in Memphis. The team was professional and clearly knew a lot about getting carpets clean. There was a huge improvement in my carpets, and Scott gave great personal attention to make sure everything looked perfect. It was also nice working with a local company that has a lot of experience and is so dependable. I’ll definitely use their services again for any future carpet or tile cleaning!
Wonderful experience! I just had my carpets cleaned and couldn’t wait to share how great it was. Booking online was super easy, and they kept me updated the whole morning about when they’d arrive. Todd did an amazing job on my carpets for a price that was really fair. There were some really tough stains from spills and drinks, but now my carpets look fresh and spotless, almost like new. The team was very friendly and professional. I’ll definitely call them again the next time I need carpet cleaning. Highly recommend!

We have been using Best Memphis Carpet Care for many years. I can't say enough great things about them! Their team is always friendly and very professional. The prices are fair, especially since their carpet cleaning process is the best we've found. We have had them clean our carpets, couches, and chairs regularly, and everything still looks brand new. With cats in the house, we've sometimes dealt with pet urine on the carpet, which is tough to remove, but Scott always gets rid of all the odor every time!
