Let me just say awesome job! my carpet cleaning pro arrived right on time and even gave me a courtesy call to let me know he was on the way. When Todd got here, he was very friendly and professional. he came in, got straight to work, and handled the carpet cleaning with care. He answered all my questions and concerns and explained the whole process in a simple way. My carpets look clean, fresh, and smell fantastic. They came back with a different carpet cleaning crew to redo the job, and the results were much better. This team was more detailed, took their time, and was able to remove a couple of stains while noticeably lightening another high-traffic spot. I’d give them 4 stars for making it right and delivering the level of carpet cleaning service I expected from the start. Both visits were handled by courteous and respectful technicians. I am really grateful for the excellent carpet cleaning service we received! After moving into our new home, we noticed a strong pet odor left behind by the previous owners’ cats. With little ones at home who love to play and crawl on the carpet, it was important for us to have everything fresh and clean. I had a wonderful experience with my recent carpet cleaning. I moved into a rental in Memphis and found that the carpets were really dirty from the last tenant. I've been using this carpet cleaning service ever since I inherited my grandmother's beautiful Oriental rugs. The rugs needed a good cleaning and some repairs, and the team did an excellent job. They even took the time to show me how to keep my rugs in great shape. More recently, I had a large area rug from my dining room cleaned. Even though it wasn't a pricey rug, it means a lot to me.
